These Terms of Service govern your use of coachingblackmen.com and the coaching services offered by Kasserian Solutions, LLC, doing business as Imperial Coaching (“Imperial Coaching,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing coaching, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Imperial Coaching offers confidential one-on-one coaching for Black men, delivered virtually. Services include a complimentary strategy call and paid coaching engagements. The specific terms of any paid engagement, including sessions, duration, and price, are confirmed in writing before you begin.
Coaching Is Not Therapy
Coaching focuses on decisions, strategy, accountability, leadership, and forward movement. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not replace the advice of a licensed mental health, medical, legal, or financial professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Your Results
Coaching is a partnership, and results depend on your own effort, choices, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Strategy Calls and Scheduling
Strategy calls are booked through our online calendar. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms for paid coaching are included in your coaching agreement.
Payments
Fees for paid sessions and packages are shown at checkout or in your coaching agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. If you choose a payment plan or recurring billing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is kept confidential. We will not disclose it without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Text Message Program
Imperial Coaching sends text messages about appointments, account updates, and, if you opt in, occasional tips and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website and any materials provided during coaching belong to Imperial Coaching. They are for your personal use and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
Use of This Website
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperial Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for those services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
